Exchanges and refunds can be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued on the card used for purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In the event of an exchange, customer will incur additional shipping charges for the exchanged item. Items may also be returned in person at the Rogues Team Store. All sales for customized, autographed, or game used items are final.
